Eastern Shore Chef Jenna Howard has crafted her career by leading kitchens at renowned, award-winning restaurants in Ocean City, MD. She has served as a private chef for major festivals and touring artists like Chris Stapleton, Nine Inch Nails, George Strait, Bad Bunny & Carrie Underwood. At Brine, she collaborates with its hospitality-driven owners Susan and Lee, who share her belief in respecting ingredients, supporting local producers, and creating innovative, approachable cuisine that will keep guests coming back for years.
